Personal integrity

For us, personal integrity is very important. Bl.a. therefore, we advocate the use of Microsoft 365 instead of Google. Microsoft finances its business primarily through the sale of licenses / subscriptions, while Google lives largely exclusively on the sale of information and advertising revenue. So different business ideas, even though Microsoft also has a significant income from ads, its share is small compared to other operations. Although privacy is important, we want to clarify what applies when you use our website and our services there.

What information do we collect about you?

We care about our customers, which means that we always make sure to collect personal information responsibly with regard to your personal privacy. We only collect the personal information needed for us to perform our services for you. Here is a description of what information we collect about you and how we do it.

How do we handle your information?

All data we collect about you is securely stored in the Microsoft 365 environment. It can be in lists, documents, emails and other places. The information there can only be used by the people in our company who have been given access to it. We also use your data in PayPal, which is our invoicing system, where invoice information is stored and PayPal's rules for data protection then apply.

Some user data from you may also be stored in Google Analytics when you use our website. Data that you provide to us when filling out forms on our website is stored either at WIX or in Microsoft 365 depending on the type of form you fill in. Data in such forms is also often copied to lists, documents and other data processing and storage methods within Microsoft 365. With With the help of the Security features in Microsoft 365, we can search for all the stored information we have about you and share it with you if you wish.

When you like us on social media, we get access to the information you have provided to the "social media provider" that is specified to be publicly available to everyone. Who can we share your information with?

Automated mass mail services

We use a cloud-based system to efficiently send so-called newsletters to our customers. We import names and e-mail addresses from the contacts we have collected, as well as from the list of customers who have voluntarily chosen to register as stakeholders with us. Our newsletter partner is responsible for the storage and management of your personal information in their system. We can change and delete data on individuals, in the contact list (s) we have created ourselves in this system. You as an individual have the right to report that you do not want a newsletter from us, and if you do so via the link in the newsletter (recommended) you will be tagged for this, but your contact information remains with our partner (and with us).

 

Suppliers and subcontractors

We may share your personal information with suppliers or subcontractors for the performance of our obligations to you and for other purposes set out in this Data Protection Policy.

 

Agencies

We may provide necessary information to authorities such as the police, the tax authorities or other authorities if we are obliged to do so by law or if you have approved that we do so.
